Nursery inspiration

I'm currently planning the nursery for my little girl and looking for inspiration...

I'm going for white walls but then will be adding touches of pink and adding interest with accessories etc. I'm looking for ideas on what to do on the plain white wall above the white cot. It definitely needs something! I don't really want to be hanging anything on the wall as things hanging above the cot make me a bit nervous so maybe a combination of wall decals/impactful cot mobile etc? 🤷🏻‍♀️

My only advice - don't pin your hopes on thr cot mobile. In my experience it just gets in the way of trying to get them down in the cot, and keeps them awake while they try and grab it. Waste of money

Hmmmm yeah I did wonder if that would be the case with a mobile? I love the idea of a cot canopy but I've heard they're not advised due to safety?

How about a wall decal in a theme of your choice? We don't know if we are having a boy or a girl so have gone for gender neutral jungle theme.

We haven't done it as one big scene like the photo and have split it over 3 walls.

I'm thinking maybe something more of a boho vibe...

@Stargazer87 some kind of felty weave type hanging will look pretty lovely. You could even make one yourself if your inclined, I'll link you the site that does this loom weaving , the lady was on dragons den doing that huge knitting 😌
