Pelvic pain

I am 6 wks pregnant and having severe cramps in my back along with sharp pains in my pelvis. Is this normal or should i be worried?

Does it hurt to stand on one foot, roll over in bed or lie on your side? If so highly likely it's a very common pregnancy condition. Hang on will Google it's name.

Thanks for this. I was brushing the floor and the pain in my pelvis came on suddenly and radiated to my back. Very sharp pain, I've had to get into bed

Hello all,
I found out I am 4 weeks pregnant but having lower abdomen left side cramp.
Google says it's quite common in early pregnancy anyone experienced this?
