Hey everyone!

So I'm currently 36+3 and feeling sooooo foggy headed. I can't concentrate on work, I feel really tired and just completely unmotivated. The worst thing is I cant seem to get my brain into hear at all. I'm sure there are loads of things I need to be doing (work aside) but I just cant get my brain to focus on them or prioritise anything. Its like I just dont care any more 😥

It's kind of freaking me out! Has anyone else experienced this? And is it normal?

I remember being really foggy and just exhausted in the last few weeks, even making phone calls felt like hard work. Funnily enough the day I felt the best and most alive was the day before I went into labour!

@Footlooseandfancy that's really interesting! But pretty much describes exactly how I feel right now. I feel totally out of it. Like reaaaaallllly spaced out. I hope I feel the same as you did the day I go into labour, because right now I'm actually worried that I'm going into labour and be so spaced out that I have no idea what's happening to me, and panic 🙈

There’s a difference between feeling a lack of motivation / organisation etc and being spaced out.
If I were you I would just get checked over, especially your blood pressure and urine check. Just to make sure you’re ok.

Probably just feeling exhausted And almost being at the finish line. I was always completely knackered at this point with all my three pregnancies. However when I once felt really spaced out my blood pressure had actually fallen dangerously low and I ended up in hospital for observations overnight Just in case. I was find the next day it went back up. Then it was too high again!
