Lost mucous plug at 30 weeks

I am pregnant on DC2, all has been completely textbook, but I am sure I lost my mucous plug in the toilet this morning. It looked exactly like it, and I felt it come out. Baby is moving, I feel ok bar the normal aches and pains. I am I around a lot after my 21 month old.

I text my midwife but no response (she generally is impossible to get in touch with). The midwife triage line is now for 'urgent' situations. Due to covid it seems they dont want to speak to me unless i am bleeding out. Should I be worried?

I would just call triage anyway, run it past them. Your mucus plug can regenerate, but it’s still worth discussing it with them. They would rather you called than not, and possibly go into premature labour.
