Baby show - Olympia - is it worth it?

Sorry if this is the wrong section.

Am pregnant with my first, and have seen there is a baby show at the end of October at the Olympia. Tickets are £20 each. Is it worth it do you think? In one way I like how everything is under one roof, time to try stuff out , experts etc, but £40 just to go shopping (as husband and I) when we could just go to a big department store.

How do prices compare, do you get deals?

Any advice appreciated, thanks

I went when pregnant with my first and second. Tbh I wouldn't say the deals are amazing (or what I looked at anyway) . However I was able to haggle on a pushchair but didn't save loads. It's a nice day out though, especially if it's your first and you want to get a feel of what's out there.

If you have an idea of what you want ( brand/ style) have a look what you can find on the internet so that you know if you're getting a good deal and if not you can use it to help haggle!

Went when I was pregnant with my first and for the deal you can get on the pushchair alone it’s worth it. Also it’s great to have all the brands under one roof, especially if you are a FTM as it’s easier to compare. I’m pregnant with baby no:2 and won’t be returning as don’t really see the point but for first time parents I think it’s worth it x
