Hello

I'm 16 weeks pg and during the first 12 weeks I kept taking my Sanatogen vitamins with folic acid. I've read that you should then take Omega 3 supplements during the last trimester to help have a brainy baby, but am not sure if I should be taking any supplements from now until then. What is everyone else doing? Thanks for your help!!

You don't have to if you eat well and are not being too sick but you can. Don't know the ones you're on but you have to check they're pregnancy ones (they shouldn't have vitamin A). Won't hurt of you do. Omega 3 has to be one specially for pregnancy too. Pregnacare do one combined.

Thanks Susie. I am trying to eat healthily, and luckily haven't had any sickness, but probably not always getting my 5 fruit& veg a day...will look out for the pregnacare ones. Thanks!

Pregnacare do one with and one without. Fingers crossed no sickness for you. Good luck with your pregnancy!
