IM OVER THE EFFING MOON.
we've been trying for 18 months and I've finally got a BFP.
Now, I'm trying to be cautious with my emotions (not) because I know it's not guaranteed to run smoothly and end in a baby but I can't help but get excited.
So sorry if this thread is done to death but I'm so excited please forgive me, I'm an accountant so putting budgets and plans together is my thing.
What will I need to be buying in the coming months?
Even unnecessary things which just make life easier.
I can't even type I'm shaking sooo badly

Congratulations! That's wonderful news! I'd start by looking at the NHS website as they give the very basics of what you would need. There will be plenty of people along to give you big long lists of things and I just added to my list as time went on. I also like lists etc and had a spreadsheet!

Just wanted to say a massive congratulations and hope all goes well.

@Katlow huge congratulations to you!! How amazing!
So you wont really need to get anything just yet, its a little boring but ride out the first trimester, hopefully with not too much nausea. And have a private scan if you want to! I had one at 7 weeks and saw the heartbeat.... amazing!
Enjoy every day of pregnancy!!
