How do I get baby off my bladder?!

I’m currently just over 32 weeks and baby is currently breach. I swear she jumps on my bladder all day long 😂.

It’s quite painful when she’s kicking and takes my breath away sometimes! I just constantly feel like I need to pee as she’s always pressing against it.

Anyone any idea on how to try and get her to move/turn? I’m on the birthing ball everyday but it doesn’t seem to do anything. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated!

Go to the website spinning babies

They have lots of great exercises but I highly recommend a forward leaning inversion x

Unfortunately turning her round won't help with the bladder thing - there simply isn't enough room in there for anything to remain unsquished!

Try drinking little and often, and going to the loo more frequently. Practice pelvic floor exercises and pop a pad in your knickers if you feel you need to.

Remove your bladder. It's the only way. It's only going to get worse for you until the baby is out 😂
