Dry Scalp and Skin

Hi all,

Before becoming pregnant my t zone would sometimes become dry, but was manageable.

However, my scalp and arms are now very dry. I use Palmer's cocoa butter every day on my body and exfoliate once a week.

Does anyone have any tips/products for keeping dandruff and dry skin at bay?

Hi there,
I find that Superdrug shampoo called trichology is the best to keep my dry scalp under control. The minute i switch away from it my scalp is terrible again! They also do a scalp tonic in the same range and it's bliss on the scalp, so soothing! Then I use solid coconut oil and massage it into the driest parts of my scalp. Seems to keep at at bay!
