14 weeks and period like pain

I'm 14 weeks 3 days pregnant with my first child.... today I seem to have pain in my abdo that comes and goes that feels like period pains (no blood). Is this normal??

Are you sure it isn't constipation/trapped wind? Around this point of my pregnancy I started to get the worst bowel-related cramping pain that felt a lot like period pains, I guess because you start to have reduced space in there. I panicked at first as it felt so much like uterine cramping.

I don't think its wind etc
