Pregnant? After miscarriage?

Sorry this is duplicated can't find my other thread.

So I was 6 weeks pregnant when I miscarried. It was like a full blown period which only lasted 3 days but was very heavy and lots of cramping, at the time I took a test and bfn. Midwife confirmed over the phone that this was a chemical pregnancy. Wasn't told to go in for scans.

Tonight (3 weeks later) I was about to go in a shower when I noticed strong strong blue veins on my boobs! This was my first pregnancy symptom before.

Is this normal after miscarriage even tho it's 3 weeks later or could I be pregnant?

I got pregnant 2 weeks after my 1st miscarriage I ended up being pregnant for 48 weeks (!) With a 2 week break at the beginning, so yes it is very possible 🙂

Hi there,
I'm sorry for your losses and hope you got your rainbow babies xx
No idea how old this post is, but I miscarried at just under 5weeks last weekend.
I'm curios and no amount of googling is helping....
I would expect to ovulate around 2 weeks after the miscarriage. (I've had a few very early losses) So, next weekend.
As the pregnancy ended so early, do you think it's possible to ovulate 2 weeks after when my expected period would be?
Which would be in 3days.
Only I use the clear blue monitor and my LH is high.
I can't imagine such a short early pregnancy has a good amount of hcg left in my urine a week later?
