We already have 3 kids. I just had a surprise miscarriage and now I can't get the idea of having a 4th child out of my mind. I work full time and will have to continue working as I am the main earner. Is this just hormonal ? I worry that we will struggle financially but I can't get the idea out of my head... what are your experiences? Be honest! Thanks
