Soo uncomfortable when sleeping

Hey ladies does anyone feel like to kick their partners out the bed just to get a great night sleep 😩 it sounds so bad but I'm so uncomfortable i literally can't wait for the morning when he goes to work to hug all the pillows and spread out all over the bed... I try to sleep with a pillow between my legs but I still wake up with aches and cramps especially my bump but when I get up all the pains go away I realised a pillow under my bump really helps so I'm going to definitely buy a pregnancy pillow is it worth it ?

Also I realised I get more aches sleeping on my right side than left and even if I fall asleep on my left I end up on my right In the morning 😭

A pregnancy pillow is definitely worth it

I bought a dreamgenii and it was sooo worth it!

Pregnancy pillow is definitely worth it. Also putting a duvet on top of the mattress is great to help with the hip pain in the night.

Do you have a spare room? I’ll probably move up to our loft room when I get huge! There’s a bathroom up there too for all the toilet night visits

Pregnancy pillow all the way. I had hip pain as early as 6 weeks and it took it away. I have the Dreamnelli one from John Lewis like @MBM18

Not sure why we all don't sleep with one in normal life - brilliant support!

I do sleep better when OH isn't it the bed but never mind.

I've been in the spare room by myself for weeks now with a pillow either side of me so I can wedge one under the bump easily if I turn over in the night. Still feel dreadful if I get up to the loo and have to hobble across the landing like someone three times my age though Sad

cretelover · 20/08/2020 08:06

mothercare used to do a wedge shaped pillow for under the bump, it was brilliant. you might get one on ebay. i had the dreamgenii too but used the other much more. its also good if you're breastfeeding as you can put it behind the baby's back to stop them rolling away in bed when feeding.

Bbhugme pillow has been a game changer for me this pregnancy (3rd), alongside a mattress topper. I was in against from 20 weeks last time. Walking multi time’s per night. This time I got the bbhugme at 14 weeks and I am still waking just once or not at all at 26 weeks. It’s amazing and worth every penny. You can use it after for a feeding pillow.
