Hiya,

Just wondering if some of you ladies noticed anything different with your resting heart rate on your fitbit from ovulation and your tww to getting a bfp? I'm currently 6dpo and my resting heart rate dropped the day after O but has been steadily climbing since 3dpo!

Wondering if this is a good sign?

Mine went from 55 to 59 during TWW, then kept increasing to 63 the couple of weeks after that. Levelled off for a bit, then rose to around 68 for the rest of my pregnancy.
Fingers crossed!

There's a really long thread somewhere about this! Lots of positive experiences.

I did ivf so no ovulation but post transfer my resting heart rate went from 59 to 65 when I tested, so it was accurate for me Smile

Mine went up from 59 to 63 the week before my BFP. Definitely seemed accurate for me. Good luck X

The month I got my BFP mine rose steeply from about 12dpo when normally it would drop before my period. I think 6dpo is probably too early to see a change though as implantation won’t have happened yet.

I just had a look back at mine.
My RHR started rising and went from 54 to 59 in the 2 week wait. This always happens to me between ovulation and period -normally peaking at 60 - and then I will have a dramatic drop the day before my period. This time is kept rising to around 65 where it stayed for a long time. I’m 23 weeks now and hovering around 72.

Mine went up from 65 to 83! That was my first sign really, however I was also skiing so could put it down to that. It's since settled around the 70 mark and I'm in my third trimester
