I'm 25+2 and this week my nipples have become very itchy, nowhere else just nipples. Anyone else experience this?

I'm 20+3 and I've just started to get this too along with a bit of dry skin on them it's really annoying specially when out and you need to itch 😖 I've read that it can be because the skin is stretching as they grow

Quite common and I had it so I bought some nipple cream. Works a great to keep them soft and stop them itching so much
