Hey guys me and my mums partner cannot get along we keep arguing and I'm 19weeks I can't keep stressing myself out anymore I don't know what to do I live with my mum as I'm 19 when my baby comes I will be moving out but for now I have to stay here

I'm just going to remember I have a baby growing I can't keep arguing but I just want to know if my baby will be okay

Your baby will be fine but you need to maybe go down the council for your own place ASAP or possibly rent privately? X

Why can’t you private rent? Even just a room for now. Save up for rent & bills.

I am trying to save but it's hard especially with a baby coming and Bec of this Covid the council has put off a lot of house viewings so I can't really do much and I would definitely go private if I have the funds but I can't and we keep arguing about a lot of stuff like him not cleaning up after himself and being rude and not wanting to do anything he just annoys me soo much my mum is trying to be fair with both of us but Bec I'm pregnant my emotions are sky high right now I can't do it anymore

Op, I think you need to grow up a bit and just leave him alone and let your mother handle any issues with him. Try to stay out of each other's way and unless it's something very serious, bite your tongue. Keep focused on your baby and the plans you are making to move out.

It’s easy to keep picking at old arguments, but just try to rise above it as best you can. Focus on you, and your pregnancy, and your next plans. You’ve got some exciting and challenging months ahead, and how your mum and her partner decide to live is up to them, no matter how annoying they may be!

Get some paper and start writing down what you want your life to look like in 1week, 1month, 1 year, 5 years. Then start figuring out how you’re going to make that happen.

Go for it - you’ll be a mum soon and all his crap will seem very trivial!
