Feeling low at 35 weeks? Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

Can anyone advise?

I'm 35+3 and find myself feeling a bit low in the last couple of weeks. I dont know whether it's a combination of the heat last week, being stuck in the house, hormones and general 3rd trimester issues....But I really don't feel like myself. I feel quite down and despondent and very unmotivated.

Is this normal at this stage? Or do I need to be concerned?

Hi, I am 36 weeks and feel pretty much the same. Not sure if it is meant to be normal either. Have quite low days and some better days. I think the pandemic, stuck in doors situation has not helped my mood so maybe thats the case for you too? I think being quite big now is tiring so I think that feeling frustrated with that must be normal for most. I keep feeling guilty for not doing enough housework but have to keep reminding myself that I am now carrying around a huge bump and so shouldn't be expecting to do as much.

Hope we feel better soon.

@Cherryhill22 I'm sorry you're feeling the same. I think you're right, the pandemic possibly isnt helping! I work from home anyway as im setting up a business, so I think I just wasn't expecting to feel this low. But I feel soooo unmotivated! I just feel really rubbish and not like me at all 🙄
