Stupid question on Non Alcoholic Beer

it may sound like a stupid question but i think i am having a panick attack.

Is it OK to drink non alcoholic beer during pregnancy?

I've just found out that even though it says 0% it still has some alcohol in it.

I am 34 weeks and I've been having a 330ml bottle of Heineken every day for the last 3-4 months.

I wasn't a big drinker before pregnancy but since pregnant I've been suffering badly with heartburn and acid reflux and the beer seems to help it.

Yes it fine. The actual amount of alcohol is minuscule.

chipsandpeas · 18/08/2020 19:27

heineken 0.0 has like 0.005% alcohol so you would need to drinks shit loads before you would feel any affects

DJBebe · 18/08/2020 19:38

I've been drinking 1 bottle a day for the last 3-4 months. 😳🥺

It’s fine -orange juice has more alcohol content than that!

firstimemamma · 18/08/2020 19:42

It's absolutely fine op - and this is coming from the most cautious pregnancy/ alcohol person ever!

RiteAid · 18/08/2020 19:46

Definitely nothing to worry about at all!

RoseGoldEagle · 18/08/2020 19:47

Says online that it contains no more than 0.05% alcohol. Normal beer is about 5%. So you’re drinking the equivalent of one hundredth of a beer every night- basically nothing! As they poster said above orange juice contains 0.5% alcohol. You don’t need to worry!

Honestly just google 'how much alcohol in fruit juice' - you and your baby will be absolutely fine.
