Past 2 weeks have had INTENSE pressure in my bottom back and in buttocks. Past week lighting pains in vagina especially when I stand I know this is because baby's head is down as per ultrasound and midwife. I've had upset stomach for about a week and been sick 3 times over past few days. Feel so tired as well. I had midwife today she said everything looks fine etc had anyone had these symptoms around this time? I'm 37 weeks Friday.

That was me had my first at 38 weeks and those pains were a very slow labour, both of mine I was dilating slowly over a matter of days with mild cramps and pressure so active labour was very quick.

Have they checked if you are at all dilated?

36 weeks here and I feel the same. I think the heath wave didn’t help at all. Have sharp pain on and off on lower abdomen, Brixton hicks, feeling constantly really exhausted. My family is saying that my belly dropped already and that the baby will come early. I have my appointment with the midwife this weeks I will see what she says about it.

I had this from around 34-35 weeks and had a feeling he would come early and he did!

I went into labour at 38+2, my waters broke at 3am Grin

I was so fed up of being pregnant that I was extremely glad he came early!
