So I was expecting to see my consultant after the scan as normal.... have just been told there are none available but was ment to discuss induction as have high bp and on meds for it.... I asked ok so what do I do then now??
Was told just wait to see consultant....... No more appointments booked in very bizarre??? So I guess they will ring and I just wait?? Whilst my bp isn't massively high 152/98 this morning I can see me just being forgotten about 😕

Ask your midwife to arrange review - 152/98 is a bit high and would usually require an increase in medication amongst other things (although obviously know nothing about what’s usual for you). If that level is higher than your usual reads then that would be a reason for a more urgent assessment at the maternity unit if there are no clinic appointments available in the next few days. Assume you’re getting regular urine checks for protein etc too.
Induction typically discussed for 38-40 weeks depending on overall balance of risks and your preference.
