Nipple changes in pregnancy- indent that comes and goes?

Over the last month or so I have noticed every now and then a kind of indent directly underneath my left nipple (on the Areola). It's almost like a line underneath it where it indents in but the rest of my Areola is unaffected and it also comes and goes. Sometimes I think my nipple looks like it's pointing/pulling upwards a little bit as well. I don't think it's just normal temperature or contact changes as I have never noticed this kind of thing before, and it also is the same area each time I've noticed it and only on my left side. I wondered if it could just be down to hormonal changes during pregnancy? I'm 24 weeks now.
I just don't know whether to worry or not, especially as it comes and goes- I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this or if it's a normal thing? Thank you xx

Don'tworry, it probably is just hormones. But please, please call your gp about it tomorrow to get it checked.

Unfortunately, I've heard lots of horror stories about some GPs fobbing people off at the moment, so please don't let them pit you off an appointment.

For comparison, my husband had a lump on his testicle during full lockdown. He got a gp, face-to-face appointment that day.

You're worried enough to ask here, so get it checked - and push, push, push for it ASAP. Most likely it's nothing and you're mind will be put at rest.
