Hi! I'm 8+1 today!
On day 6 of wisdom tooth infection and I'm at my wits end!
I've always had partially erupted wisdom teeth on each side of my mouth but they've never caused me any both! Until this week one has decided to flare up, the gum is white/cream in colour, I have swollen glands and a ear ache on this side also!

I've been prescribed Amoxicillin and I'm on day 3 with no difference made at all! Orajel is my best friend but I'm going through a tube everyday 2-3 days

Please tell me this gets better 😥 anyone else suffered early pregnancy?

Hi I have these when I'm not sure pregnant and they're vile, I'm 22+6 and so far not had one yet but once it's cleared up keep up daily salt water rinses and use corsadyl, both fine in pregnancy. The mouth is more sensitive to infection/gum disease when pregnant. Like yours mine are also partially erupted xx

You may need to contact your dentist if there is not any improvement. Usually Metronidazole is the usual antibiotic of choice for pericorinitis. Try doing hot salt water mouthwashes every hour if possible. Dissolve a teaspoon of salt in a mug of boiling water and rinse for a minute.
