Hi ladies. I need some reassurance.
I'm 20 weeks pregnant.
I'm really struggling to manage my stress level. Several factors are contributing to it. I'm tearful every day and feel stressed a lot of the time.
I've sought support from family and going to make changes to my life but I am panicking that I have already caused feral damage.
I know this post is quite vague but does anyone have knowledge or experience of stress in pregnancy?
I haven't told my midwife yet.
