has anyone gone more overdue with their third than their first 2?

ds - 40+8
dd - 40+1

this one - 40+3 and counting!

when oh when is it likely to pop out?!!!

DD1 - 39+3 (induced)
DD2 - 40+4 (natural)

DS due November - hoping for 38-40wks and not a day over!!!

ds1 induced at term plus ten.

ds2 15days late, refused induction

ds3 17days late according to scan,23 days late according to my dates (which i know were right) again i refused induction, i had lots of braxton hicks etc in the last week or so before he was born and once labour started it was all over within 3hrs

i am now expecting no 4 and this time have told all relatives etc that the due date is three weeks after it actually is, i got so sick of phone calls asking if i had had it yet......

why didnt i think of that 3madboys!!!

Looking at threads of what stages people have delivered I would say that there is absolutely no rhyme or reason and that second/third babies are not always born at an earlier stage than their siblings were. It is all completely random. Hope you are in pain right now
