Accidentally ate cooked blue cheese

Accidentally picked up the wrong gnocci!! I chose the Tesco stuffed cheese one instead of normal and it has a mixture of 4 cheeses, the one that’s worried me is the blue cheese Gorgonzola. I boiled the gnocci and fried it too so I’m guessing I’ll be ok? I only ate a few before I realised and didn’t eat the rest. There wasn’t any mould or blue present in the stuffing it was like a white cheese coloured filling. www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/303732690 hoping it'll be ok? Xx

Yeah it’ll be fine, don’t worry x

I imagine that the cheese is that heavily processed that you and baby will be fine!

Blue cheese is fine cooked as is mould ripened cheese.

It’s done now so wouldn’t give it a second thought.
Boiled/fried/no mould all sounds good.

In food hygiene there is a thing call HAACCP. Hazard analysis and critical control point. Which on this instance means as long as the food was cooked to reach a certain temperature (piping hot) then it mitigates previous concerns. You'll be fine unless you ate it tepid.

Sounds nice. Is there any left? I’d probably go and finish it off!
