Advice on getting a sweep

Asking for abit of advice really, if any ladies have experience of undergoing sweeps.
My due date is this Monday (17th) & my next midwife appt is on the Thursday (20th).
I am guessing I will be offered a sweep, if the midwife can do it obviously if my cervix is open & accessible.
I don't have a regular midwife, I've seen 6 different ones since appts have been up & running again so I don't even have a midwife to speak to.
What I'm most anxious about is that my Mum didn't dilate or have contractions with either is us 4 children. And sadly she had a still birth with 2nd child. I am just so worried that I will be the same & won't dilate or go into labour with contractions.
Is it normal that I may be offered a sweep 40+3 days? And not sooner?
Sorry if I'm rambling, am just so fretful that something bad is going to happen

I had 5 sweeps. They were at 39+6, 40+2, 40+4, 40+6, 41+1and finally have birth at 41+3. I just kept asking for more as I didn't want to have to be induced. I also had acupuncture at 41+2. I'm not sure if the acupuncture worked or if DD was finally ready to come then.

Tell the midwife you're anxious and want more sweeps if the first doesn't work.
