Hi,
I had a Tubal ligation 19 years ago. Then back at the begining of July was really nauseated, I however did not notice, my husband did, I realised my period was late so took pregnancy test and came out positive, Now things get weird: On the 27th July had bright pink discharge and new this was going to end in miscarrage, which the following day did however, I thought all had been removed within the 3 days total. (I have had many miscarrages in the past) did another pregnancy test and it was negative, so I thought that was the end of it.
Now my breasts have gone up by 2 cup sizes my stomach is growing and now I am getting positive pregnancy tests in the evening but in the mornings they are negative. I have increasing pregnancy symptoms which is strange as with all my children I barely noticed this even with my last birth which was twins. Anyone experienced anything like this I am going out of my mind I would be about 10 weeks if the pregnancy had continued, Just to add my first pregnancy was also twins but miscarried one at 6 weeks,

Hi - please see a doctor. They’ll be able to confirm with a blood test and arrange an urgent scan- there is a higher chance if ectopic pregnancy if you’ve had a tubal ligation.
For reference the fail rate for TL is 1/200 so not insignificant...
I hope things turn out however you hope!
