is this spd

got a pulling bruised feeling below bump in the bones and feeling really uncomfortable when i walk. need to walk in slow motion really. got pulling from there up to tummy button too sometimes, should i be worried or is it usual aching for 30 weeks? (can't remember this before)

Souns similar to when I had it. Best speak to your midwife.

Sounds like it to me. See what MW says and try and get a physio referral. My physio gave me an elastic girdle thing. It's completely unattractive but really helps the pain during the day.

p.s. Warning! if it is SPD don't sit down on a chair with one leg under your bum. It kills!
