Advice!

Hey ladies, I'm currently 4 weeks pregnant...period wasnt actually due until today and I found out 4 days ago so really early...I've got quite painful cramps at the bottom of my belly and also lower back pain, being so early I'm so worried that these are signs of something going wrong, can anyone give me any advice? Thankyou in advance!

Congratulations. Some cramping is normal in early pregnancy. If accompanied by bleeding, especially bright red then that's not good. I imagine you haven't had any bleeding? The only way to know is if you don't have any bleeding in the next 2/3 weeks then book a private scan to confirm fetal pole and heartbeat. It sucks having to wait I know! x

Thankyou for your response ChatWithMe , no I havent had any bleeding or spotting at all...period was due today done another test this morning just to make sure and it was still positive, weve booked an early scan for just over 2 weeks time when I should be 6 weeks x
