I'm 39 weeks today and definitely ready now for my baby to make an appearance. My daughter (who is 12) was 11 days early so was hoping this one would make an early appearance as well even though I still have a week left until full term, have you found second baby's usually arrive later?

I'll be 39 weeks on Saturday and wondering if every little sign is the start! This is my third, so hoping not to go too far over, especially in this heat! My first was born at 40+2 and my second at 39+3 so I was hoping for it to happen very soon.

I'm 39 weeks tomorrow, ftm. I thought things were starting to happen last weekend as my Braxton hicks significantly ramped up on the Saturday evening then on Sunday I think I lost part of my mucus plug but then nothing since. I'm not the most patient of people and I should just be enjoying some rest before baby comes but I can't help but want things to crack on already!

Hello! I’m 39+2 with my second - my first came at 38+3 so I’m absolutely champing at the bit now. I’ve had contractions on and off since about 11pm last night but not in any kind of regular pattern and they’re pretty painless so I’m assuming they’re just more like BH than the real deal. No mucus plug or waters breaking (I didn’t have either of these last time until after active labour and a midwife inadvertently broke my waters). Just so ready to meet my baby girl now! Sending positive pushing vibes to all.

I'll be 40 weeks tomorrow. I've been getting period type pains and a feeling of pressure down low since 37 weeks. Really really ready to have baby at this stage.

I'm exhausted and finding it difficult to do housework. The heat is making things even more uncomfortable.

39+1, FTM and I am soooo ready to meet my little girl now! The heat has been unbearable, today has been cooler but I’ve been absolutely shattered for some reason so have spent most of the day napping. So big and uncomfortable that I can’t really do much and all I can think about is baby arriving - it’s driving me bonkers!! 😩😩

It certainly has been uncomfortably hot and deffo not the best time to be near the end of our pregnancy but thank goodness it's cooler today! My waters never broke and I didn't loose my muscus plug either in my last pregnancy, I also don't really remember experiencing braxton hicks so all this would be new to me if it happens this time. When I went into labour with my daughter it started off with a couple of trips to the toilet with loose stools and period type pains this was around 11pm then she was born at 5.35am the following morning so quite a quick labour as well.

🙋‍♀️ I’m 39 weeks tomorrow. I’m totally symptom spotting and think this is it to every twinge or cramp but nothing has progressed from mild period pains in the evening. I’m glad the weather is starting to cool down. While it’s been horrific being so heavily pregnant in this heat I’m glad baby hasnt been born yet so he hasn’t had to cope with this heat too
