I really really feel like a can of Pepsi max. I haven't had any caffeine today, would it be really bad to have one? I am currently 28 weeks pregnant.

Absolutely fine

One can will be absolutely fine. Have a look here www.nhs.uk/common-health-questions/pregnancy/should-i-limit-caffeine-during-pregnancy/

I had a can this morning. The odd can is totally fine, as long as you don't over do it 👍🏻

I think the recommendation is max 200mg of caffeine a day, so one can is fine.

Raindrop87 · 12/08/2020 15:13

It's fine, you can actually have 4 cans and still be within your limit if you're not consuming other caffeine.

I've switched to decaf tea and coffee so all my caffeine is coming from Diet Coke... Its all I've wanted in this heat! Diet coke in a glass full of ice!

FriedEggs1 · 12/08/2020 16:34

Oooooh! Thank god you meant the drink. I thought you were talking about the white knuckle ride at Blackpool Grin

Addler · 12/08/2020 16:55

I don't drink coffee or tea so my caffeine limit goes to Diet Coke

jessstan2 · 12/08/2020 17:33

Fine! I've never liked fizzy drinks except when I was pregnant and then bought myself a can every day. Only one can.
