Hi guys so basically three days ago a randomly got a bad pain on my bottom of my tummy and side it goes worse throughout the day and wasn't shifting so I phoned doctors on call spoke to 3 doctors all thought I was pregnant due to the symptoms I was having couple days before it I had a burning boob, my period is now 5 days late still in so much pain the top of my vagina gets a little sore now and then and my nipple hurts when I touch it I've been feeling really sick but not been sick the doctor said it could be implantation pain she made me take a pregnancy test came back negative but she said that a could still be. So basically a keep getting more symptoms today I've noticed my stomach is been bloated and the pain was getting better

Your symptoms could be anything.. can you just wait a bit longer and take a pregnancy test next week?

I'm 8 weeks pregnant now, and have experienced many of your symptoms, although more around the 4 weeks stage.
I have a positive test when I was 1 day late, but my cycle is quite regular.

The really early feels were more short, sharp pains. Very brief, but happened regularly.

Definitely try another test in a few days.
I know some people have had negative experiences with the clear blue digital tests, but they were very accurate for me.
