Hello, sorry no one can answer this without speculating. You just need to be patient and wait another week for a pregnancy test.

I got negative test results when I was 2 weeks late and I turned out to be pregnant so I'm assuming I'm just a late ovulator. As the poster above says, give it a week and try again.
