Hey everyone , I've been getting this really mild cramping feeling in my lower abdomen area is not like normal cramps it feels very uncomfortable and it moves around it's not gas or constipation ... Did any of you ladies experience cramps I had a scan yesterday so I know everything is good but wondering if any of you had the same at 17weeks x

Round ligament pain is always a pleasure..... 😬😬
That's what it sounds like anyway.
I used to sneeze, or cough and it hurt so bad!
It does ease off but the growing pains will get worse I'm afraid!
Don't stretch out though! NHS says not to. Just have a little wander around and a few hip circles to relax your muscles.

I had this around 16/17 weeks . Sounds like round ligament pain. A warm bath, gentle massage, and 5 minute intervals with a hot water bottle always works for me. Although you might not want to in this weather 🥵
