Hi ladies,

I’ve hit 14 weeks today and literally every symptom I had has gone and I’m really worried.
I’ve been constipated - all cleared up last three days
Sore boobs - no longer sore
Heartburn - none today
Have had constant headache for 8 weeks - no headache today
Been so nauseous - don’t feel remotely sick

I know symptoms can fluctuate but this just feels like everything has gone and it’s making me worry

My symptoms (continual nausea was my main one) genuinely disappeared overnight at around the same point. It was so strange after feeling sick constantly. However had 20wk scan yesterday and saw a very healthy and wriggly baby. I have read quite a lot which says this often happens 😊 Am sure it'll all be fine.

Thank you for the reassurance @penguin423. I really hope you’re right. I just cant believe every symptom has gone, nothing to hold on to to make me calmer! 😢

Really common for symptoms to improve greatly in the second trimester as the placenta becomes responsible for all of the hormone production some time around 12 weeks.

All my 1st trimester Symptoms seemed to disappear all at once when I was between 14-15 weeks. My mum was the same, literally hit dead on 14 weeks and everything was just gone, it’s quite normal. As pp said, around this time the placenta takes over and is now responsible for hormone production, so the hormones that cause all the 1st trimester symptoms tend to be more stabilised than they were.
