Weird pregnancy boob!

I'm currently just over 24 weeks pregnant. The past couple of days on and off I've been getting a pain in my right boob. I know breast pain and tenderness is normal in pregnancy but what I'm experiencing is in a particular area not a generalised feeling throughout the breast.
I breastfed my first child for nearly 3 years, and the pain feels very much like a blocked milk duct used to feel. However, there is no lump there. I just wondered if this was normal or had been experienced by anyone else?
Surely it can't be anything like a blocked milk duct when I'm not yet breastfeeding again?
Xx

I have this on and off in both boobs.. You can ask your midwife. I keep forgetting as the episodes only last a couple of hours and then nothing for days or weeks.

I have pain usually in my left boob every now and then. Just put it down to pregnancy. I’ve started leaking at night too.
