I'm booked onto a free baby academy workshop tomorrow - I know some of you have done it already, just wondering what to expect? Is it a case of simply watching a talk etc or is it an interactive workshop? Will we need our webcam on etc?

I can't help, but I am doing this course tomorrow as well! I think it's going to be mostly watching based on the amount of people that will be doing it, I think last time someone said hundreds of people were watching so it would be too difficult to organise us into groups. It doesn't mention anything about webcam on the email or anything else so I doubt that'll be needed.

I've done it and you just sit and listen but the MW does open up the chat for questions at the end of different subjects.
It's definitely worth it if you don't have a clue, or after some good general tips, but also an absolute scream with some of the questions people ask!
On my one, one person asked if you can hang their baby upside down to help them go to sleep! I nearly wet myself laughing and was thankful our webcam, not volume were linked to it! 😂😂

We did this class a few weeks ago, you don't need your webcam on or anything like that. You just follow the link & watch along from home, theres a powerpoint & a lady talking through it all. There is a chat section were you can pop questions etc. Theres a 10 min break midway through to grab a drink.
We found it quite useful :) enjoy Smile
