Hi guys
First pregnancy and currently 5 weeks +5
Taking pegnacare original and wondering if anyone recommends anything different? Have read that folic acid and vitamin d are fine but pregnacare is just easier as it's one tablet.
Any other advice or just anyone feel like keeping in touch?

Hi, no advice for you I'm afraid but thought I'd say hello. I'm 5 + 3 weeks so similar to you! I take the seven seas vitamins, again, just because it's easier to take as one tablet! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Boots do a combined pregnancy vitamin d and folic acid which is a tiny pill. I couldn’t stomach the huge multivitamins! You may find liquid pregnacare easier but don’t take it on an empty stomach, I found out the hard way that’s not a good idea.

@Buns05 it's definitely easier, I think that's the only reason I haven't switched to the cheaper option 😂 how are your symptoms?

@peachypetite ugh yeah it's the same with the pregnacare tablets. I forgot to have breakfast the other day and it was not a good morning for my stomach 😫
