37+4 and struggling with nausea 🤢

Haven't suffered since the first trimester. Any recommendations? Also, is this a sign of the early stages of labour?

Hi OP. I didn't have anything in my first trimester but nearly 33 weeks and been feeling nauseous over the last few days.
I don't think it's a sign of labour but babies do turn in these last few weeks which can send us a bit funny in the tummy! 😬
