I guess it depends what you do during rest of your time. Do you sit a lot or do you constantly move around? What kind of exercise did you do before pregnancy?
Just 7min and nothing else does not seem like much to me.

In your second trimester you can really do as much as you would normally. I’m 39 weeks and I’m doing a 30 min aquacise work out most days, as well as a couple of mild walks, and yoga. But I’ve wanted to keep fit.

So in answer to your question, can you safely exercise? Yes. But will 7 minutes keep you fit? Probably not but are you usually fit? Just do what you feel you want to/able to

The general guidance I was given was to try do 30 minutes a day. Sometimes I’ll do a quick yoga session and not much else, other days I’ll do well over an hour (running plus Pilates/weights session). I was quite fit before pregnancy though so this is fine for me.
I would at least try and do 30 minutes of activity a day though. Maybe do the 7 minute HITT with 20 minutes of yoga or a walk?
