Hematoma

Hi, I recently went for an private early scan at 10 weeks. And they said I have a hematoma 12.3 x 9.1mm. But as it was a private scan they didn't obviously go into any detail of it.
I had a MC at 8+4 in April, and had bleeding all the way through, but haven't experienced any bleeding at all during this pregnancy so far 🤞🏻
I've obviously googled which has freaked me out massively, as it stated there's a higher chance of MC before 20 weeks, or a still birth 🤦🏻‍♀️ just looking for anyone who's had the same and how it was? Thanks :)

Hi, I had some spotting during early pregnancy around 6/7 weeks so went for a private scan who told me I had a hematoma. They never told me the size of it though and it was never mentioned at my 12 week scan but not had any other bleeding since those early weeks
