Pregnancy notes

Hi so I've recently found out I'm pregnant should be about 8 weeks now but I was wondering how everyone else has got there pregnancy notes given the current situation? With my first baby I had to go and collect a pack from my GP but can't do that this time around!!

Mine were dropped off at the doorstep by a HCA!

I self referred through my local hospital. I think you can do this with most hospitals in the U.K ( it’s an online application you fill out ). A midwife sent me a letter with my booking appointment and at that appointment I received my notes . Usually your booking appointment is around 8 weeks so I imagine they will get you booked in right away !

P.s my booking appointment went ahead even with Covid . And this was back in April during peak .

I saw my midwife early days maybe around 9 weeks and that's where I got my pregnancy notes. However, when getting my bloods done at 12 weeks the midwife there asked if I had my green notes and was about to offer me them. I'm not too sure.

I rang the doctors saying I was pregnant and they booked me in for an appointment but she just came to my house^^

Great thanks! I've had a call from a midwife and I have a telephone call on Monday for the booking appointment I'm not actually seeing anyone until my 12 week scan which I'm still waiting on an appointment to come through! All feels so different this time round!

I phoned the Doctors and they're going to send me the pack through the post...I don't know if that's the same for everyone's GP, but that is what mine is going to do

Seems as though it's different for everyone! Hopefully have some clarity on Monday!

We don't get maternity notes but an app for the phone. Everything bit mixed up at the moment.

I never got any notes. I had to download an app and all my notes were on there. The only paperwork I had was my growth chart when they started measuring my stomach

I had my booking over the phone but then they gave me the green book at my 12 week scan

I had my booking appointment on the phone and got given my notes at my dating scan

All my notes have been online / on an app! X

I had my booking appointment over the phone at 5 weeks and the week after i attended clinic for bloods and a weight check and they gave me my notes then

I'm 12+3, had booking bloods, and my 12 week scan, and still don't have my notes. I've been told I'll get them at my 16 week check up next month 🤷‍♂️

I'm in scotland, I'm 37+1 weeks but I have never been given any notes my full pregnancy. I might be getting induced next week due to babies growth but i would love to see my notes. Can anyone tell me more about the app? Nobody has ever mentioned my notes or an app to me and iv been getting regular growth scans and appointments due to my babies size, I'm hoping this will be my last appointment on tuesday 🤞🏻
