I was wondering where everyone is buying baby clothes from and thought it would be fun to share pics of things you have bought so far. I've been shopping at matalan, adsa, next, H&M and primark but wondering where else have nice clothes Smile I'm having a girl

I'm shopping for a boy and I've found it so hard because there's so many girls clothes but hardly any boys. I've got him lots of little babygrows, some dinosaur matching joggers and a jumper, a pramsuit, cardigans, coats, and other little bits. I've shopped in mamas and papas, h&m, morrisons and got him a cute little christmas outfit from boots as it was only £3 on sale and he's due nov 3. Congratulations on your baby girl! When is she due xx

I’ve mostly bought so far from Zara, River Island, Asda, Matalan, Next and lots of little Instagram shops which do the most amazing things! Baby has a ridiculous amount of clothes, I’ve had to buy all sizes for the first year just so we don’t have too much in one size! I thought baby boy clothes were better but I’ve had so much fun shopping for my baby girl 😍

MaverickDanger · 06/08/2020 13:21

I’ve bought a bit from eBay, couple of bits In the sale at Next and also waiting on an order from Lindex.

I like neutrals or bright colours, but so many people have been buying us boy clothes with slogans!

EssElsiee · 06/08/2020 17:01

I’m having a boy and really hate all the slogan tees, bright colours etc typical boy stuff!! I’ve got a lot of unisex stuff, Tu, Next, Matalan, H&M and George mainly x

M&S, Sainsbury’s, mamas & papas, la redoute (as well as all the ones already on your list)

Monkeyseesmonkeydoesnt · 06/08/2020 18:15

Nutmeg (Morrisons) is now online too

I had those grey trousers for my daughter, they were my favourite thing I bought! So easy for changing and super cosy

M&S have lovely clothes, as do John Lewis and JojoMamanBebe. It’s also fun to look for unique things online from small vendors on Etsy, notonthehighstreet etc
It’s our first belated baby so we’re spoiling it a bit Smile

PurpleFlower1983 · 22/07/2021 08:17

Jojo Maman Bébé for the really lovely stuff, then John Lewis, Next and Sainsbury’s.

PurpleFlower1983 · 22/07/2021 08:18

We’re having a boy this time though and boy shopping is nowhere near as fun!

BertieBotts · 22/07/2021 08:30

Oh boy shopping can be fun. Sure, it's not as easy as wandering into any store and having a huge selection of cute things but searching for the gems can be really exciting! I find H&M, M&S, Boots and Next are the best for boys.

I like Nutmeg (Morrison's) and Sainsbury's baby clothes. Boots used to be good as well but are a bit hit and miss now.

HotMummaSummer · 22/07/2021 11:39

I'm at the end of mat leave and just found out I'm pregnant again! I have a lot I will reuse and will also try and get more second hand this time (I mainly use vinted). Next and Baby Gap do my fave baby clothes, also love m&s, but regularly go to h and m and the supermarkets (Tesco, asda, Morrison's and sainsburys) especially as during lockdown it was the only place I could buy baby clothes in person.

Next are true to size and wash well, , Sainsbury stuff is lovely, Tesco do nice clothes and often have 25% off, Marks and Spencer are also true to size and wash well (tumble dryer friendly) -they have a sale on atm too, Morrisons are quite generous with sizing and lovely, Asda stuff is great too, Matalan come up a bit small, Primark are great too.

Runkle · 03/03/2022 07:18

Next sale will be on soon too Smile

TunaJacket · 03/03/2022 08:41

Facebook market place!

Basically kitted out my boy up until 6 months for £30. Babies grow so quick they’re hardly worn too.
