Morning Sickness

I'm only 5&5 but morning sickness has started today (I've been queasy for a few days and thought I'd get away with that).
Luckily I'm off work today but I'm back in tomorrow, are there any sure fire ways to hide morning sickness or dispell the feeling entirely? (wishful thinking)

Eat little and often and sip at drinks.
It might take a bit of trial and error to find what foods work best for you. I could only manage tinned fruit and rice Crackers for a while. Tea, coffee and water were off limits but boiled water with a bit of honey in was OK and fizzy drinks.
Some women swear by ginger and crackers etc but they made me worse. Some women find travel sickness bands help too.
I thought it was blatently obvious that I was pregnant and suffering with pregnancy sickness but actually only one person guessed based on this and his wife had just had a baby. He did say the lack of coffee was the biggest give away. Most people are busy in their own lives to be picking up changes in others.

@Superscientist I think I'll get away with the no coffee thing because McDonalds have a limited menu and everyone at work knows I love the toffee lattes, luckily for me they're not on the limited menu Wink
I'm going to go shopping today for some salt crackers alright to see if that helps. We have short sleeved shirts at work so the sickness bands would be a give away.
You are definitely right about taking sips though, I woke up parched and gulped a load of water.. instantly regretted it!
I will give the hot water and honey a go though, that sounds tasty!
Thank you for the reply Smile
