Having third trimester insomnia (I'm coming up to 33 weeks). For the past few weeks I've been having about 2-4 hours sleep at night, or morning depending how you look at it.
Any tips for dealing with the body tiredness in the day? Feeling all heavy and blah and cant seem to keep still despite the heavy blah feeling, but my mind is on full charge no chance of napping.
I do have fibromyalgia but touch wood it's not been bad at all during the pregnancy but I reckon it will flare up with the lack of sleep.
