Is this implantation bleeding?

Hi all.

Periods are normally very regular and of a normal colour, length ect. But this period is weird!

I got a tiny amount of pinkish blood when I wiped Sunday night. Put a pad on expecting period to begin, but woke up to only the tiniest amount of brownish pink discharge. Not even to even need a pad and not even what I would consider bleeding. I didn't get any more that day.

I got some more of the same brownish spotting Tuesday morning. But again it was a tiny amount and it stopped after a while.

This morning I haven't had anything! No brownish spotting or any kind of bleeding.

What is going on? I'm not on any hormonal contraception. I am sexually active but we use condoms, so the chance of pregnancy is low (although not impossible, I know!).

I took a test yesterday and it was negative. I am feeling a bit queasy this morning but I don't know if that's just me psyching myself up!

I know that sometimes only little amounts of blood will come out before my period starts. When I lost my virginity I regretted the person I had it with so it came two weeks late due to the stress I had. I would see blood and think thank god but then nothing would happen. I felt sick too and thought I was having pregnancy symptoms, turns out it was just my mind playing tricks. Maybe download a period app to keep track of periods and symptoms? I know that brownish-pink discharge can mean pregnancy or the start of a period so that's a bit frustrating! Try and wait a little longer and see what happens.

I'm 26 weeks with my first baba and had no bleeding either. Womens bodies are very confusing. I hope your body gives you some sort of sign soon enough.
