I’m 35+5 and am so uncomfortable now. I have pain in my lower tummy, under bump and my vagina hurts! It hurts when I walk (not excruciating but I couldn’t walk to the shops anymore). It feels like a heavy, painful feeling in and around my vagina. The pain isn’t in my hips, just my tummy and lady bits. This is my second pregnancy but I don’t remember it being this hard last time!

Pgp/spd is a sharp stabby pain. Mine was like being kicked in the crotch with a steel-toed boot...

It's not always in the hips. Check out the pelvic partnership website for more info.

@physicskate yes it’s a sharp pain Sad I’ll have a look, thanks. Does it tend to get worse as time goes on?

If you push yourself, yes. If you stop when it hurts, follow the advice on pelvic partnership website, and think about seein an experienced practitioner (physio, chiropractor, osteopath), then no it doesn't always have to get worse.

But you don't have too much longer to go!! I had it from 11/12 weeks in my last pregnancy and have already felt some twinges and I'm currently 5 weeks.
