When is it third trimester?

I know it doesn't really matter, but I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and am so excited to get to the final trimester.
Some websites say 27 weeks is the start of the third trimester, some say 28.
When do you class the third trimester to start? 😁

According to MW last week at my 28week appointment, that is the start of the 3rd trimester. This is also on the NHS website. Your nearly there 😊

Haha, I turned 27 weeks today so was googling this very thing this morning!!
I had assumed it would be 27 weeks as 13 x 3 = 39 which is pretty much term, and 28 weeks means the final trimester would only be 12 weeks. Perhaps the second trimester is longer?
When are you due?
