I’ve been trying to self refer online at my chosen hospital but after filling out the form, it says that there are already records with the same details.
Makes sense because I self referred and then miscarried back in June, but now I can’t do it this time?
Has anyone got any suggestions how I can manage to do it if you’ve been in the same situation. Should I just phone them up?
