10.5 weeks no symptoms

Hi all

I had a scan on 29th june thinking i was 6 wks turns out I was 10.5 wks showed baby and heartbeat, around that time and since then my symptoms have gone, had nausea previously gagging etc but thats it and all i have now is sensitive nipples sorry tmi haha but nothing else, i read once you hear heartbeat your chances of mc are less, I had one over a yr ago so very worried, with no symptoms now its playing on my mknd, I did read when placenta takes over this is common but so many conflicting things I have read! Did anyone elses symptoms stop around this time?

Hi. I'm 11 weeks now with my second and my symptoms (nausea, vomiting and fatigue) seem to be easing now. I think it was around 9 weeks last time. It's common as you reach the end of the first trimester and I believe that seeing a heartbeat after 8 weeks means your risk of miscarriage drops off massively.

I'm 10.5 weeks with twins - has a scan on Friday where both babies were fine. I have zero symptoms - feel totally normal except the massive bump 🤣
I didn't have any symptoms with my DD either - I think I threw up a couple of times at 14 weeks and that was it
